As a Technical Integration Engineer for the Delivery Services Manager, you will be working closely with both the senior delivery management team and the engineering team and will be responsible for all aspects of the implementation of eWise solutions at our clients. This role is a key member of our Delivery Services organization, will be based out of our London office, and will work closely with other parts of the business such as development and technical teams to deliver solutions according to contracts and mutually agreed plans. The solutions revolve around Personal Financial Management (PFM) and Account Aggregation in the digital banking industry (online and mobile) and are deployed via cloud infrastructure as well as on-premise.
Collaborate with both the Delivery Services team and the Engineering team
Be involved in configuring and supporting the environments for project delivery phases and final production
Engage with customers where required on project required development deliveries
Define and review high level requirements for specific delivery projects based on customer commitments
Participate in the integration projects where the off-shelf product is customised and enhanced according to the customer requirements
Be involved in the acceptance testing of delivered features / functionality / user stories for specific customer projects
Manage the issue reproduction and investigation for feedback into development and support teams
You need to have:
At least three (3) years experience in online applications deployment methodologies and architecture
Customer engagement experience, both direct and phone/email/IM
Ability to work with a distributed team
Ability to manage and communicate product changes to the customers and internal teams
Ability to present and explain the product features to the technical audience

Knowledge of banking & financial systems (Internet and/or mobile banking)
Knowledge and experience with virtualisation and cloud platforms
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and partners
Familar in designing and delivering secure and scalable Internet architecture
Knowledge of UI/UX applicable to the online applications
The position is full time based in our London, UK office, reporting to our global Delivery Services Manager.
